In keeping with the mission of the studio Jay believes it is very important to work above your ability with a rich exposure to tradition, craftsmanship, community and a love of design. Jay holds a CTE certificate with the Arizona Department of Education for teaching Industrial and Emerging Technologies (K-12).
Formally educated in Architecture, Jay's years in the field of design have included large project management and direction, architectural and art installation, print making, illustrating, 3D modeling and manufacturing, animating, game development, woodworking, and furniture design.
He is currently on the Advisory Board for Burton Barr Library's MACH1 Program and is a member of the Program Advisory Committee with the Art Institute of Phoenix and proud sponsor of the AZ Sci-Tech Festival.
Teaching animation encourages the critical thinking and collaborative processes necessary for innovation in all STEM fields including the Arts and Jay's curriculum at the studio has been carefully crafted from decades of design and art production experience with a focus on the Fundamentals of Design.

Jay holds First Aid and CPR/AED certificates in Adult, Pediatric & Infant (Community/Workplace)
Lin assists with valuable input into concepts suitable to our studio. Her lifelong association with public education offers a positive asset in helping to form classes and groups interested in our activities. She holds First Aid and CPR/AED certificates in Adult, Pediatric & Infant (Community/Workplace).
Lin blends twenty-first-century techniques and ideas with her strong traditional vision of broadening opportunities for children.
Sheila is a graduate student of the Art Institute of Phoenix with a Bachelors in Media Arts and Animation. She has gone through three years of classroom learning and has experience using Maya, Photoshop and After Effects as well as being able to pick up new software. Also enjoys creating and developing characters and storylines and has been doing this for years although more seriously recently.

Jonathan is a recent graduate from Glendale Community College's Graphic Arts and Animation Program with experience in Animation, 3D Modeling, Illustration, Graphic Design. Drawing, animation, acting, writing, software, etc.
